The more I have been thinking about it I can....

For Boston

This trade gives the C's the versatility they have lacked since Posey has left, but Jeff Green is twice the player Posey is. It has been mentioned here many times, but in our champinship season of 08 KG and Posey were used at key times as the C and PF.

The C's have so many lineups they can go to now

Big Lineup          Small+Athletic lineup

Rondo                           Rondo
Ray                              Ray
PP                               PP (green)
KG/BBD or Green               Green (BBD)
Shaq                             KG

Big and beefy lineup      Small + strong lineup

Rondo                               Rondo
Ray                                 Ray
PP                                  PP or Green
BBD                                 KG or Green
Shaq                                BBD

There are just so many options for Doc at any given time of the game. Danny realizes that Orlando is not one of their main concerns in the east , while Perk was a great help on Dwight , Shaq can still give dwight all kinds of trouble down low. Dwight can get his against our backups maybe, but we will shut everyone else down with our athletic and defensive abilities on the perimeter.

Against Mia/NY/Chi is where having Green is really going to pay off for the C's. Green matches up very well against Lebron/Bosh, Melo/Stoudamire and Deng/ Boozer. The C's are now going to be able to rest KG and PP without worrying about offensive droughts. This allows them to be better on both ends of the court. KG can play center all day against the likes of Joel Anthony , whoever NY has and is even a good matchup against Noah .

I honestly believe this trade improves our team now and into the future and we will see the C's in the finals this year.

For OKC

This is also a great trade for OKC . Green really didn't fit into their plans in OKC because Durant is a SF and Green is too. Last year they had Green on Gasol in the playoffs and that is a big no no. They are a much more balanced team now with Perk providing a defensive Anchor and being able to now move Ibaka , an extremely athletic defender and shot blocker with length onto Gasol.

Westbrook
Harden
Durant
Ibaka
Perk

is a very strong defensive and offensive  lineup. They have Collison and Nazr Mohhamad to provide extra length off the bench. Maynor and Nate will be their offensive sparks and Sefelosha will play their Tony Allen Role against Kobe.

I honestly could see them beating anyone in the west now.

Can you imagine a Bos vs OKC Finals?

That would be a hell of a matchup

Rondo vs Westbrook
PP    VS Durant
Perk  VS Shaq

 :D

No, because I can't imagine us beating Chicago, Orlando, or Miami after we shipped half our roster out
