Gody.

Wow.  I hope he does become good enough to be a starter, but I wouldn't put my money on it.

i know the difference between college and nba, but if a dude can average 20 and 10 through three years at college level, he's still got potential to be good in the nba. in his case, especially if he can become a consistent 3 pt shooter.

GO GODY.

but realistically? semih on a bad team, decent team if he bulks up a ton and works on his overall game. he's got assets.

and avery if he lives up to his full potential.

Bradley has the most potential.  Erden is next.  Gody should not be starting on a good team.   I would feel best if none of them were starters though.

I think Semih will eventually be a starter, Baby somewhere too.  Really haven't got a handle on the potential for Bradley or Wafer: I'm thinking Bradley will become a player, but I'm not sure that Wafer won't surprise as well.  Luke IMO doesn't have a prayer.  Nate and DWest aren't really young players any more.

  • Rondo = Good
None aside from the ones currently starting.

Baby could go start somewhere else, but he wouldn't be very good.  He's been MUCH better for us coming off the bench.  He tries to do too much when he starts.

Semih will someday be a solid backup center, but I really doubt he'll ever be more than that unless he randomly busts out a great 3 point shot or something like that.

Harangody will be lucky to stick in the league as a 4th big.

I'll be happy if Bradley ever develops into a dependable backup point guard.

Wafer is a career backup wing at best, and he's not even that young in terms of experience.  Same applies to Nate.

Bradley is a niche player. In any given year, there are only a couple of teams in the league where he could be the starter - the Lakers, the Heat, Dallas... So, even if he develops all right, his odds of becoming a starter aren't very large.

Saying Gody is going to be a starter is akin to saying im going to be president.

Not going to happen. What skills does Gody have? He has a terrible looking jumpshot, isnt athletic, and hustles even though it never amounts to much.

Can his game improve that much? He just doesent look like a basketball player out there, but hey, he may play for 10 years coming off the bench in garbage time for teams that need bodies.

We all know that he would be in the D-League right now, if it wasnt for all of our injuries.

The only way Gody starts in the NBA with his inability to defend is on an expansion team.

Or if we can dump him on Cleveland.

Semih will be a starter, no doubt about it.

The Center position is too thin in this league.

If Perk can be a starter, Semih will be one eventually, he does need a lot of work...but if he puts in the work like Perk has, he will be a consistent starter in the future.

None...not on a contender. Maybe Semih on a playoff team surrounded by players that are much more talented.

Besides Baby, who I think could start small and possibly grow bigger and to a better team (no pun intended), it's fun to speculate.

Rhondo is alr. a starter, thank goodness and amen.

Nate could start if he could become more consistent and get more experience at passing.
Von Wafer could turn into a very consistent shooter and he already looks pretty good, rarely missing shots and seems to do well under lots of pressure.
Gody, I feel, is better than he gets credit for because he almost always makes his shot and he can shoot quite far with no problem. He also does well under pressure, it seems.
Bradley-don't know yet.
Semih is really good and really tall, yet his bone structure may make him prone to injury. Maybe he will put on some more weight and that might do the trick.
