He's not healthy yet, but even if he was, who do we cut?

Well with Delonte coming back right after the all-star break Von Wafer is going to see very little playing time at the backup SG. He is to small to cover most SF's in the league and Harongody is too slow.

Pick either one of those 2 . I would rather keep Von Wafer just because he is much more skilled and athletic so he is able to play good D against SG's. , but Gody has a year extra on his contract so not sure if Danny would release him ?

How is this a given? How do you know he is too small? He has done well while Delonte was injured. Give him his run at backup SF. He can either produce or not. But please lets not rush to judgement. Besides he is already on the payroll.

I agree that Lasme is 4.  He's not going to be able to guard perimeter guys, and he has no floor game.  I like him, but no thanks to Lasme as a 3.
