The NJ Nets draft Ricky Rubio.

The Nets are pleased to welcome Rubio to the east coast and even allow him to wait until Brooklyn in 2012 to join the young and upcoming Nets along with his fellow Spanish teammate Rudy Fernandez.

Also, there has been a trade:

Philly trades: 6(10) and 9(10)
Minnesota trades: 6(18) and 8(2)

Very interesting.  I don't have a clue what to expect out of Rubio, but he's a good gamble this late.

Certainly a valuable prospect at this stage of the draft.

Milwaukee Bucks select Jerryd Bayless if he's still an option..which I believe he is.

Its weird too because there were 3 guys I really really wanted, but I completely flip flopped this morning and decided I had to get a guard. Bayless offer the change of pace and aggressive nature I was hoping for in my second unit.

The LA Clippers, after much scrambling due to another sharp GM's manuevering (Picking Jerryd >:( ;D ;D), The LA Clippers are happy to announce the arrival of:

Earl Watson!!

Earl Watson is a steady, energetic PG that will offer some rest for Baron Davis. He will need it with the Clips plans for a playoff run this year.
