The rest of the league hates KG.  Boston loves KG, and that is all that really matters. He does things to get under everyone's skin and he is succeeding.

Does anybody on this site have KG's autograph?  I've heard he's very reluctant to sign any autographs at all... nevermind for a lakers fan/ball boy.

Hilarious quote/reaction, I like it! I don't get why people will hate KG for that. Then they should hate Pierce for not high-fiving the Cavalier kid but it's a normal reaction.

I get that some people don't like that KG went beyond a simple "no".  I would have been happy if KG had explained that working for the Lakers is practically the moral equivalent of working for Al Qaeda.

I usually like Marc Spears, but does this really need to be reported?
Yes. We all need to know how awesome KG is and how dumb Lakers ball boys are. If I have to watch the Celts get refed by Joey Crawford then I get to hear this stuff

Maybe Joey Crawford was the Laker ballboy Marc was referring to.

now the kid has a better story to tell in school this morning .. what's the problem?

It might even inspire him to go out and play ball more to get back at them nasty Celtics.  Inspiring him to greatness, getting drafted by the Lakers and become the pariah of every Celtics fan for the next 20 years .. who knows!! ;)
Stay classy, San Diego. Hello, Baxter? Baxter, is that you? Bark twice if you're in Milwaukee. Is this Wilt Chamberlain? Have the decency to say something.

This doesn't bother me at all. NBA ballboys aren't "little kids." They're young adults. Do you see them on the bench?

And shouldn't the kid be focused on working the game rather than asking for autographs.

Need I remind people around here that No. 5, the greatest player in basketball history, went decades without signing autographs? Good enough for me.

Screw the ballboy, I'm glad KG was focused on playing and not autographs.

Anybody got the anigif of Pierce refusing to high-five the kid in the Cavs jersey?

I love Paul Pierce. Kid got what he deserved

Poor kid.  Wears a Lebron jersey to a Celtic game and expects to get a high five from Paul Pierce.  ****

Not super impressed with that.

Can't really get out why I'm not but it just doesn't sit right with me.

KG should remember that he is a role model for these kids and show them about sportsmanship.
