The Suns have given the Celtics a lot of trouble but I don't think this team is as good as in years past. They were fattening up on bottom feeders (playing Cleveland twice, NJ, and WAS).

The Celtics just got back Perkins and frankly, just in time. THey are a different and much better team with Perkins doing the little stuff out there. They were fattening up on lesser teams but not quite as bad as Phoenix's opponents.
The beatings will continue until morale improves

  • It's not hard to work hard.
Wouldn't be surprised if fatigue becomes a factor. The Celts have enough to win here but the Suns can give them trouble. I'll be fine with whatever happens this game if the Celts get a W in Staples.
McHale's favorite ruse is putting paper in the mouths of sleeping teammates. "Try using one of these cocktail napkins," he said. "When just the edge sticks out of a guy's mouth, it looks like he's got fangs. The best part is when he wakes up."

Didn't see that foul at all ... Shaq gets way more whistles than he should.
