The thing I like most about Shelden is that he hasn't complained of a sore back, wrist, hamstring, and knee.

Meh. I'm more impressed with KG's back to back 10 boards and then 15. I don't think that's happened in a long while.

Anyway, wasn't it Tony Delk that score like 54 points in a game once? I wouldn't get too excited about Shelden showing some signs of life.
hahaha Tony Delk.

Speaking of old random players.  Remember when Milt Palacio hit that crazy game winner against the Nets (I think it was the nets)?

TP.

The most important -ability is "availability," according to Larry Bird...

Shel's a one-trick pony, though.  His turnovers are starting to add up, too.  Harrington played the other night, so I imagine SW's minutes, and stats, will start to come down.

I'm not surprised the Nugs picked him up, though.  They like physical bigs who rebound around there.

TP - Shelden was under appreciated. If we had more scoring on our second unit he would have been fine.

I guess somebody should've paid the landlord!

Can't. The rent is too [dang] high!

I'm very happy for Sheldon. The guy really has heart and maybe this is just what he needs to improve.

Maybe it's the thin air up there. Goodness, I don't know how lowlands players even breathe when they're exerting themselves on the court up there for games. Air lacks oxygen.
But it sure is a beautiful place - once you get used to the breathing part and your white blood cell count increases.

Shelden didn't work in our system and wasn't good enough to build a system around.

He has always been able to rebound, but has been a questionable NBA player.

Let's wish him the best since he seems like a nice guy, but I don't miss him at all. Nice to see him getting over 30 minutes though in a win.

He also scored 27 points against Phoenix on the 22nd ... granted, it was pre-season and didn't matter much, but he does have the ability to score. I think he's a bit immature still, but he could develop into a decent player in the right role ... we just didn't have that role available here in Boston, but I think he fits the Denver system much better.
