Nate Robinson led the Celtics in minutes played (204), FGA (77), 3PA (38), FTA (47) and total points (109) during the preseason.

Nate is great :)

What's great about Nate for this team is that his stocky little body probably makes him pretty durable.

Yeah ... saw the tweet where Doc said that "Rondo is the smartest player (he's) ever coached", too.

I think Doc playing both Rondo and Nate together or Nate and Delonte is very smart. Nate can still guard PGs while Rondo and Delonte are strong enough on D to handle the SGs on D.

That's because he is the only rotation guy who was left in during garbage time. Doc probably wanted a PG with Mario West, Lasme, Wafer and Erden. With Delonte missing so many games, it left Nate as the only option.

Nate shot around 35% from the field. When you lead the team in shot attempts (of all types), it is no surprise when you lead in points, too.

it's preseason, I noticed Glen Davis was taking more shots most games than most of the starters
I would like to see nate higher than 35%but to me he's a streak shooter, when he's hitting it'll be a much much higher % , the thing with him is when he is hot the shots still have to be in the flow of the offense

I thought overall Nate looked fine, although I'd like to see more assists and fewer shot attempts.  However, I don't think its anything to celebrate when somebody leads the team in scoring while shooting 35%.

Nate Robinson = 109 points total on 77 attempted shots (38 triples taken) + 47 free throws for a TS% 55.8%. Quality scoring.

I feel Nate played much better than last year already, much more a team game but I agree the assists aren't there.  Depending on who he is playing with I feel he is better suited to bring ball up if there is pressure than become more of a sg.  It will be interesting to see what happens with Rondo, Ray, Nate and Delonte when all are ready to go.  I think it is important to keep ray & paul's minutes regulated but Ray always seems to play better when he has the extra minutes.
