I'll type JO when referring to him, but I agree with your point.  Also could use "lingering" as in lingering injury that the doctors have cleared him to play with.

How about "Big Smooth"?

Look at his youtube videos. He gives us another dimension from Shaq - a long, slim defender who can hit from mid-range as well as a little postup.

And yes - I think he is smooth. He moves well, even at 31, for a big. We will need that mobility against Odom, Rashard, Bosh and company.

KG won't have to chase them around by himself.

Good Point - but judging by those clips of him last year, he won't have that much of a drop-off in skill, plus on this team we will see the best JO possible - playing next to teammates that will look for him and help him out on D.

I think that if Zen Master tries to go big up front with Odom, Gasol and Bynum, we can counter that, now.

And I remember SVG trying that in our ORL series - he had Gortat and DH in simultaneously a few times.

This is a total misconception.  Look at the games and minutes he played in his first 3-4 seasons.  He would have played more had he gone to college.  I think hes just as old as any 31 year old that played 4 years in college.
