i think its a given rondo has been working on FTs and his elbow jumper. the globe piece today makes it clear he wants to be known as the best pg in the game, and it is obvious what his weakness is. as others have noted, i'm not that worried about the jumper - his form is actually pretty decent, he just needs to have confidence in the shot - i'd actually like to see him shoot a ton of jumpers in preseason games. the FTs, though, that's the area i suspect he's put in a ton of time on.

  • Rondo doesn't believe in easy buckets...
I was wondering which player Shaq was going to anoint the best player at X position in the league. I don't know why I didn't see it coming with Rondo. He does it everywhere he goes, anyone remember when he said Amare was the best pf in the game because KG doesn't play D?

Yeah I've never seen KG play D.

Ever.

Especially in 2008 when he got some award.

Probably for slacking on D.

He said similar things about Wade, and no doubt LeBron. Rondo's in good company.

no news is good news.  i realize we live in a society where we want to know what these guys had for breakfast and how much gas they currently have in their tank, but it's not necessary.

i'm sure both of them are quite well...

Interesting. I agree with you for the most part but I find myself wanting to know everything once I have been given a glimpse into these players lives. It's a guilty pleasure I guess.

When I was young I couldn't get enough information on the Celtics (back in the '80's).  I'm simply not interested now.  Funny how that changes when you get a bit older.
