You do realize that if Minny waives DWest he will be a free agent and can sign with any team for any amount. DWest back to the Celtics is far from a given.

Is there anything the Heat need at this point? Solid big men off the bench. Only weakness is at the Center position...but even then, Big Z is no liability, that's for sure.

I actually think Z is a major liability on D. House was protected here defensively because he had bigs like KG, Perk, etc. to protect the basket should he get beat defensively. On the Heat he won't have that luxury.

You don't need a low post scorer for outside shooters to be open. Having 2 wings that can consistently beat their man and get to the hole will force teams to rotate, leaving guys open for 3's in the corner frequently.

I really loved house on the celtics and loved him his whole carrer but people that wanted him back with nate on the bench as well are nuts! That would never work. I'm glad we have nate.

Really bad news for the Celts. I was hoping he'd go anywhere but Miami, as he fits in very nicely over there. Now they've got some really good shooters in Miller, Jones, and House - and they'll all be getting open looks because of the double teams to LBJ, Bosh, and Wade. Our C's are gonna have their hands full defending that East crown next season.

I love watching Eddie House's non-defense and cannot wait until the Celts' guards light him up. I think Eddie is on the downside of his career and am glad he is not signing with the Celts. Here's hoping that the C's can swing a deal for Rudy.
