Bring back Gerald Green! He looked great in the Summer League! He showed flashes of offensive brilliance! We need excitement! He's been internally scouting the Lakers to show his desire to come back to Boston!

OR

We pick up Iverson, T-mac & Shaq and create the most dominant team ever to be assembled 5-10 years past their prime.

Technically Gerald fits that theme. He's 5-10 years past his prime, which occurred during his high school years.

Gerald Green never had a prime.

Gerald did have a prime, it was when he was a Celtic and Paul was injured. Gerald was getting a lot of shots off and actually making a good amount of them, including about a 1 highlight dunk a night.

Those were good times during a dismal season.

Gerald had 10 seconds of prime. The cupcake dunk.

Omar you probably never read the  "Players I never want to see another thread on about coming(back) to Boston!"

Here's the link for you! Every single player in your obvious solutions plans is on this list.

This "Obvious Solution" thread you just made has to be a joke right Omar ;).

Picking up those three player will only create a full team to compete in the "Old Timers Games".

Lol is Danny playing in the CB Historical Draft too?   ;) I like it.

After 18 months with their Bigs, the Littles were: 46% less likely to use illegal drugs, 27% less likely to use alcohol, 52% less likely to skip school, 37% less likely to skip a class

Total waste of a roster spot.  Scala has had a better NBA career than Gerald.

The obvious solution...is to figure out a way to make a Rudy Fernandez trade work. He is exactly what we need. Even if we have to trade Pryz's abused body with him and give up a 1st round pick

What if you have to give up more in picks than just a single first-round pick?

As in another second round pick, I would do it, Rudy has alot of potential, and he has been a solid contributor to this Portland team. I would risk the unproven draft picks on him, especially because if we have another deep run in the playoffs we won't have too much to look at as far as great talent that could immediately help us.

Don't forget that great dunk he had in the summer league before his rookie season.

People on this board always sell Gerald short.
