If you had a choice: Brad Miller or ShaQ

Just saw miller made 12 1/4 mil for the bulls this year (their highest paid player).

So it's hard to believe he won't get the MLE from someone.

Unless either will be amenable to the vet minimum, I say don't do it!

I guess shaq will play center more than Miller, so that makes more sense in the C's system...

I'm on the Shaq bandwagon big time. When our offense starts to get out of wack, like say, game 7 of the Finals for instance, Shaq would be extremely useful. And when we're getting killed on the glass, like say, game 7 of the Finals for instance, he'd be extremely useful. He always steps his game up in the playoffs, which would fit in quite nicely here.

Shaq but miles and miles. Now yes he an clog up he middle and his pick and roll D is horrible. Shaq though is better then Miller. Now both are 7 foot centers but only one plays like it. That’s Shaq. He’s down low banging in the plant. He’s getting rebounds, blocking shots and forcing people out of the paint. He also brings double teams and fouls when he’s down low. When the last time Miller was ever double teamed? I really can’t think of a time that’s happened. He’s a jump shooter like Sheed…with no defense or rebounding. He won’t be in the paint and will get exploited by physical center in the east and west. He will be the weak link on defense. Shaq won’t. He is too big to leave alone and has a soft touch around the rim. Everyone seems to forget that Shaq came back from his injury slimmer, faster and a better free throws shooter. He may be able to slim down a litter more and give guys trouble when we face them. Also when Perk gets back he can play with the second unit which will consist of shooters. Hell we can do a Orlando and just pack it into Shaq and let him kick it out when doubled. He also hates Kobe as much as us, that’s never a negative. He can also make that second unit flourish. He also does the one thing I love the most about him….he draws fouls. He can get Centers and teams into foul trouble when he’s in the paint. This makes teams play a little differently. Miller won’t do that. If anything teams will exploit him on both sides of the court. Millers not a go-to guy, Shaq is. I don’t even k now why this is a conversation. If you can’t get Hayward its Shaq hands down.

I wouldn't be so angry if we took a chance on Shaq.  We need someone to replace Perk while he's injured, and I can't imagine him being a cancer on this team like Sheed (regular season edition) was.

Shaq is still better then Miller.  Shaq is a banger and better defender and thus is the type of center the Celtics need.  Shaq is far more entertaining and would just be more fun to watch and have around.

Shaq, better rebounder and a lot of bulk and I've always loved Shaq.

It's crazy he's still playing a decent level of ball and he's been in the league almost as long as I've been alive.
