where are the post-game interviews of the Celtics' players??

They were on the postgame show on CSN...Doc, Ray, Pierce, and KG were interviewed. All sounded heartbroken...I'm sure they'll be more up on csnne.com tomorrow.

I honestly didn't expect to hear much from them. I think they're way too upset to speak to the media. Ray Allen said a couple of words and that's all Ive seen so far.

The one thing that would not surprise me is the private pain that KG might be in.  He would never let that be known, but when a guy hits his breaking point and he realizes he can't do the things he once did, then it's over.  Something tells me that KG is not healthy, but he'd never say it.  I'll go 50/50 on his retirement, and though it hurts to type this, I would not be surprised.  He's a prideful guy and he would never accept mediocrity...

i don't care what KG decides, i still have mad respect for him, from what he bought over to the Cs with defense and his intensity to our first finals in 22 years, i have mad respects for him

Ultimately I don't see him retiring either.  I'd be relatively surprised.  Sheed on the other hand I think is done.  Doc first brought it up but then when they asked KG about it he said "yeah it's not a good situation"

So you know thats definately one retirement.

Ultimately though, I think he'll be here.  Just no matter what, Danny HAS to start making this team younger.  And that includes drafting someone with that 19th pick that can impact the team immediately.

So so sad seeing how heartbroken they all are. It makes me feel better knowing what competitive fighters they are. This is the kind of loss that some teams never get over. They got so close and learned a lot along the way. Only thing to do now is to use the experience and lessons learned to come back stronger.

So so sad seeing how heartbroken they all are. It makes me feel better knowing what competitive fighters they are. This is the kind of loss that some teams never get over. They got so close and learned a lot along the way. Only thing to do now is to use the experience and lessons learned to come back stronger.

Watching these guys on the podium is making me miserable. I feel terrible for them.

i believe we got one more run in us with the big 3. bring back sheed, baby and nate. as long as we are healthy, we should be good and rondos jumper will get alot better this summer, hopefully.

If I am not mistaken, even I they retire, there salary still does not come off the cap. And even still, these decisions probably would not happen at a time where we could go after the big free agents.
