Yeah Russell seemed pretty confident we would win "at least 2-3" with KG.

actually, c's are 7pt underdogs....

moneyline's at +280 on the c's... that's EASY money baby!!! 

all it means is im gonna get PAID!

i already have the "Miracle Celtics" Sports Illustrated issue out in front of the plasma to start the good karma going.

phil "condescending" jackson has never coached a game 7 in the finals - while we're at it, has this particular group of lakers ever had a playoff game 7  ?

the 1969 Celtics have been talked about many times this season as a comparison and inspiration for this team - guess the story wouldn't be complete without another game 7 win for the title in los angeles. i like that bill russell is around for these two games and i was happy to see that he was angry that the Celts were not playing well in game 6.

wonder if jerry buss is calling around to the party stores in LA today to round up some balloons ?

They played a game 7 against the injured Rockets in '09 (no Yao, no TMac).  That series was kind of a joke though and it was obvious the Fakers were just coasting. 

All signs point to a C's victory this time.

Well, I can't imagine that they play that poorly again, not only was the effort not there, they missed a ton of easy shots.  I'd need both hands and probably some toes to count all the rim-outs/missed layups last night. 

I don't see that happening again.

In 1969 Joey Crawford was only in his 40s so he probably wasn't blind in both eyes yet.
