I don't know. I'm confident we'll win but I'm not thinking too much about in how many games. One thing I've learned from this season is that it's not usually pretty and it's often in an unexpected way but we find a way to get there eventually.

This team does the most unpredictable things they could sweep the next 3 just because it's so improbable. The key for us is to take every home game seriously. I'm not yet sold on LA's pedigree as a great road team these playoffs yet so we have to make it as tough as possible for them to get anything going in Boston.

The Lakers are too good of a team to drop all three games in Boston.  Game 3 is HUGE, IMO.  If we drop gm 3, the pressure is on us to win 2 in a row bc we definitely dont want to go back to LA with the Lakers only needing one more game.

This series is going 7.

I think whoever comes out of Boston up 3-2 wins the series.  The Lakers will toss a stink bomb in one of the 3 games.  That will be a Celtics win.  The other two will be the key ones.

What concerns me is the health of KG and Sheed.  Logic dictated that Sheed be in at the end of Game 2, but Doc said post game that they got all they could from Sheed, meaning his back was acting up again.  The turnaround between games is now much shorter.  KG is struggling obviously and can't be right.

If they can get regular contributions about of those two, I think the C's win in 6 or 7.

With Bynum as healthy as he is ... I think the matchup between the two teams is too close for Boston to win all three home games but they could and should win two of those three games and go back to LA up 3-2.

My confidence in this team is at an all-time high right now, but I'll be happy with 3-2.

Yes, we absolutely can beat them three-in-a-row, as long as we play our game, and keep the pressure on the defensive end ... but will we? Nobody knows, obviously ... it will be very difficult to do so, and certainly beating the odds against this very good Lakers team, but it's possible, if this team wants it badly enough, (and I think they do). I pray we do so, because winning back at Staples will be that much harder, and not anywhere near as much fun as clinching the title in front of the home crowd. Time to send a statement like we did in Game 6 of 2008 ... "This is our house!" Go Celtics!

if Rondo plays up to his latest Billing we'll win tonite. He inspires the team. Otherwise hogball will take over with the likes of Pierce and R.Allen. Rondo needs to direct the offense and cause havoc all over the floor. He was Created for this moment. This is his moment to shine. No one on LA can keep up with him. The harder they slam him the harder he plays. He is the Celtic future. Watching this kid play makes round ball so fun again. Run Rondo Run.

Before the series, I figured the C's in 6 while taking games 2, 3, 5 and 6.  We're still on track for that.

It's not practical to expect a Boston sweep.  Lakers are a good team.  taking 4 straight from them isn't realistic.  I like PP's confidence and desire to win at home but in all likelihood, the C's will cough one up in Boston (ORL games 4 and 5 anyone?) and have to win it in LA.
