As infuriating as Sheed can be. He was brought here for this moment and so far he has been great. He was particularly brought here to beat LA. We need Sheed's length, experience and ability to space the floor against Bynum and Gasol even more than against Dwight.

Get well Sheed!

I love Sheed and his whole personality, but especially his BBIQ and defense. He is one intimidating dude out there and takes no crap. In spite of being ridiculed, bashed and disliked by so many here, he has not let it get to him, has just played the game and he's doing great.
He didn't give it tonight but I suspect is still in pain from the back. But for all the rest of the playoffs, he's been remarkable on defense and his 3 ptrs. have helped us win games.

He contributed a lot vs Cavs and Magic and we'll need him against LA (if it's actually them).

Even at his age, his talent level is par none. He's the total package offensively. And he's finally playing defense. Need 4 Sheed to take Gasol to school.

I can't believe how nimble Sheed looked with a supposedly bad back.

I look forward to what he can do with 6 days rest. Get well, Sheed!!!

Great D tonight on Howard even though he did not had much at the other end. Definitely hope he has a chance to school Bynum and show Gasol to be the whimp he really is.

I am pretty concerned about Sheed's health and also our other banged up guys including Rondo and BBD. I hope they rest well in the next few days.

Definitely. You've been great the past couple weeks, Sheed. I hope you get well in the next 6 days so you can continue to contribute.
Grab a few boards, keep the TO's under 14, close out on shooters and we'll win.

Frankly, among all the joy I felt for the team last night when they showed up the Eastern Conference Champions trophy, I was really glad and touched to see Sheed in the back, kind of smiling/thinking at the same time, he looked really touched by the moment and the celebration.

And it was great because of all the criticism he received during the season, becoming the scapegoat for the team, the trade ideas to ship him out of town, etc. He always said he could play well in the playoffs and he did step up decisively against Cleveland and then against Orlando, for the whole series. He played with back pains yesterday and it obviously affected his game but yet he hustled and gave his best in limited minutes.

Thanks Sheed and get better soon!

I`m very happy with Sheed´s performance over the last two series.

I didn´t expect him to play as focused and smart as he did.
In the summer of 2017, I predicted this team would not win a championship for the next 10 years.

3 down, 7 to go.

Sheed will never be a Hall of Famer, though he had the talent for it especially in his prime.  But to even rate a mention as a player of that magnitude he has to play the finals.

As much as I love Sheed today, and hated him during the season, I think he was an huge waste of talent.  If he had cared he would have probably gone down as one of the best ever.

Caring is a difficult thing to measure. It takes a real mental toughness to succeed in the NBA. You could argue that Sheed cared or cares too much. I can see where caring becomes a burden at a certain point in a 82 game season. You can be very business like about it and to a certain extent that is what we saw this season. That they were able to keep their focus and be ready when the time came is a level of caring that you may not agree with; but may be what makes the difference for the C's this season.
