In this day and age, when everything is about commercials, shoes, media hype, tattoos, scandals and sometimes even playing the wannabe OG, it's refreshing to see someone like Ray shine. Classy, friendly, an overall team guy, a family man and a great, great basketball player. We are truly blessed to have him on our team.
Agree with every word. I truly admire Ray, love everything about him.

Big time TP, xmuscularghandi.

TP. Ray was one of my favorite players for years and now that he's a Celtics I just can't imagine seeing him leave. He's been amazing in his short time here.
Tommy: He's got a line about me. Tell him the line.

Mike: Everybody 60 or over knows Tommy as a player. Everybody 40 or over knows Tommy as a coach. Everybody 20 or over knows Tommy as a broadcaster. And everybody 10 or under thinks he's Shrek.

TP for an excellent post.  ;D

I have watched Ray Allen since his days at UConn, and I am a huge fan.  He has an amazing talent, coupled with an even more amazing personality.  I really hope the C's decide to keep him, not only for Ray to retire a Celtic, but also for his son Walker to continue to get the best care in the country.

Ray should get a two year deal and align to expire with KG and Sheed. I wouldn't want to see Danny go beyond that.

For me with Pierce, emotions enter into the equation and I want to see him retire a Celtic. Everyone else should be looked at unsentimentally for the sake of our future.

Ray Allen is going to hit a game winner tonight.

Ressurecting this because I should have been right. Ray was hot and would have nailed a game winner on Monday.

I also think Ray will have a HUGE game 5. Like monumental. I expect a great ball movement game from our Celtics in this game after a game where ball movement was non existent. in these kind of games Ray gets open shots...and he makes them.
