At the 9 minutes mark Doc has to have the starters in there for the duration. It's closeout time and your best has to be out there to do it.

I'd feel a lot better if the C's were hitting free throws and their layups, still, being up 9 going into the fourth is a good place to be

ESPN just can't help themselves. EVERY SINGLE replay and lead in and discussion about anything to do with this game is about LeBron.

Please broadcast the game. The title of the broadcast on my cable guide is NBA Basketball Game not the LeBron James Show!!!

Sadly, ESPN caters to casual fans, and for many of those fans, all they care about is Lebron.  That's exactly why the league should allow local stations (like CSNE) to co-broadcast playoff games.  It will never happen, but it should.

The Celtics are in great shape heading into the fourth quarter.

The Cavaliers are a mess.

Tony, terrible free throw shooting, defense, pretty good though.

Lecrab is looking for a way out of this, he is already thinking about vacation, you can see it in his eyes. Book his ticket for him.

Doc, roll out the starters it's time to get this lead to 20 real quick.

Nick, try looking at it this way;

You get to watch LeBron LOSE.

I'm quite happy :)

  • You know my methods, Watson.
Hopefully we're WITNESSES of the final 12 minutes of the LeBron-Cav era...

Good Tony defense. Bad Tony offense. Oh well.

1 quarter! Play one good quarter of basketball and we're moving on. We'll be back at full strength foul wise (though I'm sure that won't last), we've got Mo Williams looking a lot more quiet, and we're starting to heat up from 3. Hit them from every direction, and the second they put Jamison in, give it to KG.

Game is ours for the taking. No screwing it up.

I'm lovin TA's defensive energy right now ;D

ditto.  just wish he'd hit those last two FTs, though.

(but maybe his elbow's bothering him? Tony can't win these games alone; he's been spoiling a lot of people with his play lately...)

8 points for Ray
10 points for Pierce
14 points for Rondo

Those 19 points from Rasheed + TA have been absolutely huge.
