Lebron is so immature. Just look at this Tim Tebow video and you will see how a champion responds after a tough loss

A couple years of college could have definitely helped Lebron. What an arrogant thing to say.

 "I spoiled you guys"

I really can't stand him.

It is a pretty absurd thing to say and not what you want the leader of a team to be saying down 3-2 in a playoff series.

Also, three games? Lets have a look. Lebron's playoff performances:
Sort it by fg% and you can count...22 games shooting under 40%. I think within that you find far more than 3 bad games.
22 games shooting under 40 percent. 12 games 35% or under. Still think three bad games LeBron? Give the D some credit.

You should look at eFG% and PPS. LeBron gets to the line so much that you have to factor in his free throws.

I do agree that he's had plenty of bad games in the playoffs.

Not sure if anybody got wind of this Yahoo Article but I know it is completely related:

I think I have a sound strategy for tomorrows game. Take away everyone else and make Lebron score 90 points on 105 adjusted FGAs to beat you.

Stay grounded Celtics and fellow Celtic fan bloggers.
The beatings will continue until morale improves

In many, but different ways, Tim Tebow might be worse than Lebron. Gag.

I saw this part of his post game interview this morning on espn.  I did a double take when I heard him say it.  Definitely a very odd comment to make.  I mean, what he's saying is true (in the sense that he provides fans with nearly a triple double every night and regular seasons with 60+ wins) but you don't openly acknowledge that kind of stuff because it makes you sound really conceited.

To be fair, other than this comment his press conference was not egotistical and consisted of him taking blame for his poor play and not blaming his elbow for why he played bad.

Please fill me in on this Tebow drama, what did he do that is so bad?

I don't want to derail this thread either... I really can't believe James said those things about how he is spoiling his fans.

I wouldn't be his fan anymore after that comment.

Well, this is quite annoying. I had made a list of LeBron's playoff TS% which showed many poor performances taking the league average to be between 53% and 54% and something went wrong in the posting and it got erased. Unfortunately I am pressed for time right now, and annoyed that it didn't post, but suffice to say it showed many games in which he had a TS% below 53%. Many games in the 40's, a few in the 30's, one or two in the 20's. At basketball-reference.com you can see advanced playoff stats. Argh, so frustrating, all that work for naught.

Because he's a professing Christian who has a mom that respects yet-to-be born babies?

It's not that, I'm a Christan and proud of it, and he still irks me.

What irk's people is that he is very preachy about his views and takes it as a personal affront if you don't want to pray with him before games, reportedly to the point that he got into a verbal confrontation with another high draft pick when the high pick refused to pray with him before the combine.

http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2010/03/23/tebows-pre-wonderlic-prayer-request-falls-flat/

To use a classic phrase for my views on him personally, I agree with the message, just not the messenger.

Nothing gets people riled faster than a believer who preaches to them in a condescending manner, attempting to explain why your right and they are wrong. I learned long ago that as much as i hold my values dear, other people don't hold to those views do not want to be told why they are not living the right way because they don't accept Christianity.

People need to make that decision on their own, if they want to.

Tim seems, from all reports, to lack the capacity to believe that not everyone who doesn't follow his faith needs to be saved. That attitude wears on people real, real quick.

Disclaimer: just my 2 cents, no disrespect meant to anyone who isn't Christan reading this. Simply trying to offer an explanation on why some are irked by tim like i am at times.

Meh...he should have just threatened to blow the room up in the name of Allah when they resisted. :)

yea, lets not go there....Christianity isn't exactly pure as the driven snow historically when it comes to terrorism either.

Let's just agree Tim isn't everyone's cup of tea and move on  :)

And more importantly, i think we all can agree Lebron is an arrogant butt wipe, if for nothing more than his
