I saw this in the ESPN recap -
Quote
Rivers said he sent four plays from Game 1 into the league to be reviewed. He wouldn't say which ones. "I'm scared to tell you which ones because I may get fined for it," he said. "But they said I was right."

Does anyone know which plays he's referring to? I guess they would be controversial/questionable calls.

The Rondo charge would have to be one.  Mo Williams basically hip checked him from the side.

If I had to guess, I'd say the
1. Rondo charge
2. Pierce drive with under 2 minutes in the 4th where Lebron hit him
3. Lebron dig on KG where he hit his arm, and then made body contact from behind.
4. KG offensive foul on a screen where he had the ball and Williams ran into him.

I agree, those were probably the worst.  The KG offensive foul was particularly atrocious.  The refs were practically inventing calls.  I will take a bad no-call over that KG call any day.  At least with a no-call, they could argue they didn't see it.  But when you blow the whistle and call garbage like that, there is no excuse.

That's a pretty good list but it could be 4 times as long. Best to stick to four. Didn't seem to effect game 2 all that much.

I must be thinking about a different call on KG.  Are we talking about the one where he got the ball high on the left side, and someone ran around him, using him as a pick, and they called the foul on him?  Because that was absolutely a foul.  He clearly pushed his hip out, which is not legal.

1. When LeBron traveled that time.
2. When LeBron traveled that other time.
3. When LeBron traveled on his way to the basket.
4. When LeBron did the moonwalk.

My guesses:

1.  Rondo's charge.  The most blatant bad call of the bunch.
2.  LeBron's uncalled charge late in the 4th.  Pierce flopped a little but LeBron clearly dropped his shoulder into him.
3.  Shaq's possible goaltend late.  Didn't think it was a goaltend by the rules but I'm sure Doc wanted a ruling.
4.  Hickson stepping out of bounds before laying it in during the comeback.  Another obvious missed call.

LOL @ this.  Could have said pretty much anytime Lebron was within 5 feet of an opposing player.

What's even more amazing in this story is that once again the league acknowledged Doc was right and the plays were not called the right way! Basically the league is saying once again "you're right, our officiating sucks and it's part of the reasons why you lost the game, but hey, be happy because we acknowledged our mistakes!". ::)

Sorry, but it's in LeBron's contract that he can moonwalk when necessary without any violation being whistled, right before the line that states that officials get bonuses when the Cavs win and right after the line that states that he gets to brief all national announcers on which injuries to blame his shortcomings on.

Ah that's correct. If I remember correctly, he can do so as long as he doesn't do a crotch grab; though he gets away with it from time to time.

On TV, it looked like he was completely stationary and Williams just ran into him and fell over.
