Well, not Rasheed, but the rest of the team could.

I'd save that proclamation until they play a team that's actually good.

You gotta admit that they look a lot better than they did so many times throughout the season and most recently at the end of the season.

And that basket of his certainly helped us.

There were a lot of signs that pointed to it. The most obvious is KG is posting up again. In the regular season he was strictly s jump shooter. I guess they were trying to save his legs. The Celtics are a great team when KG is the in the post.

I think Sheed will be a monster against Cleveland. He isn't needed much now, but will have to step up against the Cavs. I hope.

Me too, buddy.

We'll certainly need him to help keep Sideshow quiet.

You go at him hard. And try to get him in foul trouble. The post the Sh** out of Sideshow V.

What about the rebounding? I guess Doc was right, this team is build for the playoffs. The worst rebounding team is destroying the heat on the boards.

The Celtics aren't the worst rebounding team in the league, that would be Golden State. The Celtics were 25th in rebound rate, certainly not good but not last.

We have a big size advantage on the Heat. I doubt we will be able to dominate in future rounds because we'll be playing bigger teams. (Cleveland/Orlando)

We were 3-0 against the Heat in the regular season.

Their play has definitely been encouraging.  Still, while the Heat are a 47 win team, they're a pretty bad 47 win team.  Though they're a 5th seed, the Heat are, in my opinion, easily one of the weakest teams in the playoffs.

We'll see what the Celtics can do against Cleveland.  Maybe Rasheed will finally show up.

Pessimistic a bit, don't you think? Being the best regular season team means nothing in the playoffs. Cavs are highly overrated, and build for regular season. Cleveland will get a wake up call against the Celtics. It'll be Deja Vu for Lebron.

now is hoping they keep that fabulous playoff switch in the on position.

cleveland is a very good team. lebron, though i loath him as a perons, is a phenomenal player. and his supporting cast is a whole lot better than the scrubs surrounding wade in miami.

plus, cleveland can play defense. this should be a great series and i expect boston to win. when boston plays to their best ability they can beat any team in the nba.

go celtics!  :)
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

Hold on guys. I'm happy with what I've seen for the most part. But lets not get too far ahead of ourselves.

It took us 7 games to get past the Cavs before and they're better now. I'm still not sure the Celtics are even as good as back then.
Peace through Tyranny

The big 3 are playing way better so far, but it's ridiculous that we are always looking toward the future with Rasheed Walrus.  It's almost over!
