I'm no longer terrified when Rondo steps up to the free throw line. His routine looks the same, but now he's just making them. That's a very good sign.

I disagree. He's hampered by a poor vertical and short arms. Charles Barkley was big and still got up off the floor.

that is 100% true....but will he go to the gym..or the KFC, that new double chicken sandwich...
