Why is this is slo-mo? I think Chappelle conclusively showed everything looks different in slow motion. I saw it live and didn't think anything of it. They were just pumping each other up in their usual way.
Tommy: He's got a line about me. Tell him the line.

Mike: Everybody 60 or over knows Tommy as a player. Everybody 40 or over knows Tommy as a coach. Everybody 20 or over knows Tommy as a broadcaster. And everybody 10 or under thinks he's Shrek.

This was not a big deal beacuse Pierce was joking around like 30 seconds later, but they were not just "pumping each other up."  Pierce was trying to get KG's attention but KG was listening to one of the coaches.  PP started hitting KG harder to get hi to stop ignoring him and KG took the heat.  They were over it soon after.

Alright Bankshot, stop being snippy. You know exactly what I meant. I would like to hear somebody come out and say "It was a little disagreement", or "They were just firing each other up"... I couldn't tell excatly what was going on, I would be curious to see a clarification...

Cranky Monday morning? This is why this site sucks now. You can't post anything without a moderator coming on and condescending you in some way. I see it all the time now, it's ridiculous. I mean, are you so important that you have to jump on me like this? Everything turns into a giant verbal melee.

I just got engaged last night and was in the best mood, and just seeing that snarky crap sends me over the edge. I am a 32 year old man, not a little boy and I don't like being talked to like that.

Avoiding the middle paragraph of your post, I think if you saw it live you would feel a little different. What the video didnt show was as they walked on the court they continued with their foreheads pressed together just shouting. Then then bumped chests and went to war for the last possesion. It was a clearly motivational but VERY intense moment.

Also, CONGRATS!!!!!!!!!! TP4U

Maybe we should rename the thread: "Poster X and Poster Y fighting?" Relax, people. We are on a four game streak and the Lakers are in a three game skid. All is well in the world.

And yeah, congrats to rickyfan3.0. Way to go.

Lol, all this drama over someone saying "Get an explanation for what?".

Can I say over-sensitive a bit? This is a discussion forum, we debate and argue. There are too many rules already in place to protect our "feelings" and make our discussions as "respectable as possible" just to see someone blowup over a simple "Get an explanation for what?" comment.

They showed it on Sports Final last night and it looked a little more 'personal' than it did in this video.  They clip they showed had them getting right up in each others face.  Max was supposed to come in to talk about it, but he apparently lost his voice and had to cancel.

Don't think it's a big deal because no teammates stepped in but it was nice to see a little passion on the C's bench for a change.

LoL all this arguing has made me login from long time xD

I don't see it as a fight between them. Just look Ray smiling at them...

And about the fight in here... Rickyfan I understand your point, but I think you took it too far.. I don't see you've been that insulted or something on anyway. I'm not blaming anyone for all this, it happens because we all care about the Celtics... and we are nervous because perhaps this is the last chance of our team in a few years.

We must put that energy againts opponents, not against ourselves!!!

Peace and love!!

Congrats for your engagement Rickyfan!

Today it is snowing in North-East Spain, first time in 10 years in my zone + celtics/lakers win/lost

Great day!!!

How was I being snippy?  I really wasn't sure what you needed an explanation for, especially when most of the posts before yours thought the thing between Pierce and Garnet was nothing.  I wasn't sure if you were being sarcastic or not.  No biggie.  BTW, I am not a mod.

I guess this is evidence our team has been bored, lately.

Our two biggest leaders show some manly emotion to each other that's probably similar to what they've been showing our Banner year and people think they're fighting. How times change.  ::)

And TP rickyfan for your engagement. :)

I am now convinced Rickyfan wasnt really mad. He was looking for some way to mention that he got engaged so he could be showered with TPs. So here's another!

That didn't look like an argument at all. Two players trying to psych each other up, pump each other up, to break out of their rut and make a run.
