When Davis gets an offensive board, the rest of the Cs can start walking down the floor. It's not leaving the paint.

  • It's not hard to work hard.
Have we hit a 3 yet today?
McHale's favorite ruse is putting paper in the mouths of sleeping teammates. "Try using one of these cocktail napkins," he said. "When just the edge sticks out of a guy's mouth, it looks like he's got fangs. The best part is when he wakes up."

If you were inventing a prototype SF, you'd come up with something very close to Melo.

Yup.

We could really use Perk back in. They're driving the lane with ease.

Yup.

But I'd only close the deal if it came with his sidekick Joey Crawford.

We're getting screwed by the refs (and Sheed too).

Obvious foul on Baby, no call, Billups goes into the lane, he gets free throws.

Yup.

I'd come up with LeBron... then Melo... but that's just me.

Team is looking like they have energy, which is great to see.  Rondo really looks like he wants this win and is very focused.  Overall I'm happy with the performance but Pierce & Davis are playing bad.  I expect better from Pierce, and can't wait for him to get healthy.

Someone explain to me why rondo can't stay in front of billups?!? It's not like he is using his strength advantage.
