I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

This road trip has already exceeded my expectations and I'll be happy all week after they dumped the Lakers.  That said, I wouldn't mind another surprising performance (and W?) by our Celtics.

LOL. I know! It was so sweet to wake up this morning and find out that we won. And that is was by 1 point meaning it was a painful loss for them. And the icing on the cake was seeing Fisher fumble away the chance at a game winner ;D

I'm looking forward to tonight. Not worried so much about winning as seeing them play well.

True.  Portland after the Lakers is an uphill battle, but I would like to see an effort to win.  It will be important for our C's to fight when they have plenty of excuses not to make this a game.

Pierce is 50-50 to play tonight because of a thumb injury he got last night.

No Nate tonight.  He's still in Boston. :(

Off topic, but I think Charlotte just got way scary. They just whupped the Lebrons by 17 Tyrus T had 6 blocks. Jameson went 2-12.
