Whoa great dunk by Odom! --- Garnett with no chance to stay in front of him but at least he is scoring tonight.

Pierce is getting schooled by Artest he needs to play much better defense!

C's can't afford to give away this lead before halftime.  They are fighting too hard and shooting too well to give it all back in the last couple minutes

If not for our regular array of turnovers, this would be a 12-15 point lead. Gotta protect the ball tonight if they want to win.

what is it going to take for pierce to get a foul at the rim? he continues to get mugged and there isn't a call..this has been this way for like the last 10 games....the tech/missed FT by ray and hoop by artest was a 4 point swing for the lakers...appreciate it refs

Yes, nice offense tonight, but he cannot move on defense. kind of sad to watch.

Paul Pierce, Carmelo Anthony, and Derrick Rose are 3 players who never get the calls at the rim that they deserve. Crying shame.

This team is trying to prove that they CAN in fact turn it on after the all-star break. This will be a hugely important game to them, because they feel they haven't been trying - and tonight, they are trying. They're making a concerted effort to win, and if it doesn't work, they'll be extremely discouraged. This is a must win game.

And yes, Odom taunted + commentators fellating the lakers per usual.
Grab a few boards, keep the TO's under 14, close out on shooters and we'll win.

methinks the rift on this team is rondo v PP...KG struggling a bit on defense...just looks slow

How is Artest owning Pierce. Artest is like 40 years old. How do you let him go basically coast to coast
