I think Perk is someone I'd trade the quickest. He might be our most desired player to other teams(after Rondo) but IMO, only has average talent.
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

He's probably the guy we could get the most for, while giving up the least.

Rajon Rondo.
Grab a few boards, keep the TO's under 14, close out on shooters and we'll win.

Rondo is the last Celtics I would trade, then Perk, then Paul.

Exactly why I think he might be gone in a few days. And I think I'd be fine with it, depending on the return.

I hope not. Perk serves one purpose only and that is to defend ShaQ and D-Howard. I hope Celtics can pursue Samuel Dalembert. Celtics can use help on the boards, and a shot blocking machine like Sam.

just out of curiosity, who would you trade perk for?
i could really only see m gassol, who steps right into the same D role.

Rondo and then Perk.  The two hardest positions to fill.  They are the core for the future.

Pierce is a permanent piece in this team.

Absolutely! (TP) He is the one constant who has carried this franchise for the last ten-plus years, the Captain, the Finals MVP, the Truth, and all that this team embodies and represents.

Agreed...I think the MOST valuable person in the C's organization is Danny Ainge....I lived through ML Carr/Pitino/Wallace/Gaston--and when I say "lived" - I exaggerate.
