Rondo has to be way more aggressive on defense. He just let Rafer get a wide open look

Beasley and O'Neal have both been extremely slow to get back and set on defense, we need to get KG and Perk going for easy buckets.

Rafer Alston hasn't helped the Heat. They need to go back to Mario Chalmers and make him the starting point guard again. He's their best shooter and most capable overall player at the position. Then use Alston or Arroyo off the bench as their lead playmaker in the second unit.
