Holy cow, Rondo is awesome tonight. I was frustrated when I saw him in the first quarter doing nothing, being too passive. Then Doc benched him and when he came back he just fueled all our baskets!

Pierce is smoking tonight.

Let's keep it up in the second half, increase the lead, keep this pace, avoid the turnovers and the offensive rebounds for the Lakers, and attack the paint!

  • Rondo = Good
Now we'll see if this team really has what it takes.  Can they keep up the emotional intensity and focus or will they let down in the 3rd quarter and collapse like they have so many times over the last two months?

I'm nervous about how Doc coaches the 2nd half.
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

Pierce is the #1 three point shooter in the league this year? Really? Always learn something from VanGundy

Best Qtr of Celtics ball since Xmas. Hat's off to Tony--Doc finally forced into some great wing combos (extra spicy, lol). Perk and KG have banged. And Paul is stickin'.

Boston mixes youthful energy (TA) with his wing vets

YES YES YES....Kobe looked pretty bothered...HOPE they keep this up the rest of the way---at least Doc noticed it and kept TA in when he brought back PP.

Stuart Scott, so its about the Lakers sputtering, huh?  Nothing about the possibility that the Celtics woke up and played a heckuva lot better.
