Hey, I can live with 3rd best in a mediocre conference and players who know what it takes to turn it on when they need to. All this, during a season where we dont look that good. I will take 14 games over five hundred vs 14 games under and jockeying for draft position. Hell, we were 4th seed in 69 and won it all with everyone writing us off.
Does anyone remember 96-97...15 wins for us that year or 2006-07, 24 glorious wins that year as well. We have already beaten those miserable totals.
Things need to turn around..dont get me wrong..but we have until the playoffs to begin for that too happen. Danny and our owners will put us in the best position possible. There are tough matchups in our conference for us but none of them are impossible for us to beat on any given night. Lets hope this years team duplicates 69 Celtics and shows what Celtics Pride is all about.
