As usual, 1/2 of the people blame the refs and only the refs, and the other 1/2 blame only the Celtics. Why you people feel the need to negate obviously true statements to maintain the illusion that your position at the far ends of the spectrum is beyond me.
The Celtics choked it away - they were up 14 with 11 minutes to go. This is true.
The Magic were heavily favored by the referees earlier in the game. Again, absolutely true. A 26 free throw disparity? Really?
Both arguments/points are valid, and they are not mutually exclusive. We must collectively realize that "TEH REFZ!!11!11!!@@!!" and "NO EXCUSES, BRO!!!!!" are both absurd positions to take. A middle ground is far more sensible.
