Rudy Fernandez

Everyone loves Rudy.

Fafnir, does Rudy start at SG for you over Maggette?
Yeah he would in a perfect world.

Thaddeus young would have been my other keeper but he plays identical to iggy. Brand wasn't fitting into the Philly system and is injury prone and dally has the ridiculusly bad contract. I liked Speights but not sure he could develope enough or if big z or someone else that's a vet big would be there at my next pick 4.16

But if you had doubts about Speights and wanted to move him, why not protect Brand instead, he'd benefit from a change of scenery and would've brought back a higher pick? Heck, seems Young also would've brought back a higher pick. (But I'm down on him.)

Or as Lucky pointed out just protect the veteran center you had, Sammy Dalembert?

I think this is more of a case of thinking that a player would be more attractive because of his size, age and progress.

the issue was I thought I was going to go semi young and keep iggy but then I trade him for Jameson and drafted some young and old vets and thought big z or Webster would ve gone by pick 4.16 with that being said I trade speights only cause I felt I could replace him with a young big later on. I would have loved to have both speights and z but didn't wanna take the chance of missing z

Ah.  The loophole.  Great way to save your guy for your next pick.   ;)

As you sit through this, you can't help but thinking "Yes!  My guy is still there!!!!!"

Then notice that there are 9 more chances for your guy will not be there.

It's always good to have that backup plan.  (or plans)

Ha ha yeah if by 9 more chances you mean 2 -- and that i have 4 guys i really want... ;D ;D :o

  • I left Indiana. Because it was horrible.
No board love for Sweet Lou Williams?

Maybe it's just me.
CB Draft Bucks: Chris Paul, Dwight Howard, Tobias Harris, Zach LaVine, Aaron Afflalo, Jeff Green, Donatas Motiejunas, Jarrett Jack, Frank Kaminsky, Lance Stephenson, JaVale McGee, Shane Larkin, Nick Young

DKC Bucks. Also terrible.

I like Lou Williams, I just think Rudy is a better player. Still roughly equivalent.

A good pick. Position of need, character guy, proven vet.

The Bulls GM thinks people need to stop rejecting his perfectly fair trade offers.

Criminally underrated around here because of his age.
