This game is far enough out of reach that the C's lackluster second half isn't going to hurt them.  But once again the third quarter was not good.  The C's are definitely in the habit of giving back big leads and tonight has definitely not fixed that problem.  It's become the norm now rather than the exception which does not bode well for games further into the season...

hard to keep interest as a player when you are up so large...i am thankful the starters can rest with a big national game tomorrow

Scal didn't get out of his shooting slump and neither is Eddie.  Bricking up shot after shot.  These are the kind of games Eddie usually shines in.

I wish they'd run a few plays for Giddens. Get the kids confidence up. Who cares about Eddie, he'll shoot whether he's hot or not.
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

You guys are negative about a game that was in garbage time after the first half?

It seems clear the Celtics took their foot off the gas in the second half, but they're up 21 halfway through the fourth....
