  • Let's Go Celtics!
Did you hear the Bulls announcers saying that the Celtics were using Tyronn Lue as a "plan C" depending on Marquis' health in February? Don't know if they were just speculating or if there is truth to that rumor, but it's interesting.

I def think there may some truth to that. DA more than likely made the hire thinking that he may need a backup PG at some point.
2021 Houston Rockets
PG: Kyrie Irving/Patty Mills/Jalen Brunson
SG: OG Anunoby/Norman Powell/Matisse Thybulle
SF: Gordon Hayward/Demar Derozan
PF: Giannis Antetokounmpo/Robert Covington
C: Kristaps Porzingis/Bobby Portis/James Wiseman

Get Rondo out of there before Miller purposefully tries to take him out.

I don't mind Rondo playing a lot of minutes, I think its good for his confidence going forward... plus, our offense stops running when he's out ???
I have no problem with Rondo's minutes. Play the little guy 40 a game for all I care, he's got an endless motor.

My concern is a dirty player like Miller, who already has a history with Rondo, might not like getting embarrassed on his home court and decide to take out the littlest guy on the floor who whacked him hard earlier this year.

Ainge is spreading that rumor to deflect attention from his effort to bring Mike Conley here.   ::)

I would love Pargo on this team. A taller Eddie.
Edit: Well not much taller but better handles

I wouldn't mind if they left R2 in for long enough to get a couple more rebounds...

Do you guys think Rondo will get his triple double this time? He has to take 3 more rebounds.

I sure hope he does get it tonight after his dominating performance!

I'm ready for some Lester/JR time!  Is Walker still in the D-league now that Marquis is out?

I dont think Lue will be playing here. They would need to cut someone to add him. They must be speculating. If thre was an injury, we would be plan z. There have to be better options out there.

The Big 3 have all of 36 combined points and we're blowing them out.  I love this team's versatility and balance.  10 in a row, coming up!

Dun fink so buddy. Don't think anyone cares about stats like that, and he'll probably get some rest soon.

If he stays in it's possible, but only with a bit of luck.
