No deal, due to the talent imbalence. Perk is a solid starting center, period. Does Amare come off the bench? No... KG? No... Bad idea.
That said, with talented scorers at the 2, 3, and 4, a scoring PG is not necessary, and we could do well with a solid journeyman level PG instead of a superstar. Last summer there were some good ones available, but they were restricted. I think the MLE could have netted a choice of Sessions or Felton, either of whom could do the job we need done, I think, but would be a touch overpaid at that amount.
BTW, Sheed does look a little "thick", eh? Did his conditioning lax since he wasn't training for 35 min/night? Wonder what he'll look like at the end of his deal...
