Just saw Tommy for the first time this year.  His wife's illness and his own health issues seemed to have taken a toll over the past couple of years. From time to time he really looked  spent.  He could still stand to take off about 40 pounds, but its nice to see him looking healthier and sounding sharp.  I really like Tommy and had been feeling he's on his last legs.  Tonight he looked like he'll be around (and by 'around' I mean as a C's broadcaster) for a while.
