I think if he was going to try and start legitimate NBA franchises over in Europe, not D Leagues, he'd have to start several teams over there and create a whole other conference in the NBA.  Then Stern can make it like baseball does interleague play.  That way, say a team in LA would go over to Europe one time during the season, they'd play all the teams in Europe and then come back and get a few days off before they resumed the rest of their schedule.  That would be the only way to do it IMO without having to really deal with the jetlag problem someone mentioned earlier.  They cant have teams going back and forth like that.

Any more expansion of the NBA would mean too much dilution of the talent pool. Its a bad idea no matter how you look at it.
Grab a few boards, keep the TO's under 14, close out on shooters and we'll win.
