OK, here's how this was done on my happy spreadsheet...

I took the 66 players in one column

I took our 22 names and pasted them 3 times in another column

I generated a random line of 66 #'s which came out

I then pasted our names in that order next to the MLB players and thus we had our assignments. 

I have since sorted them so we can easily read them by our names (if you needed prood that I have not rigged this in my favor take a gander at who I got  )
