oh no, please god, not the candy eating skeleton of lamar odom...
Don't worry, unless we are offering Odom more money than the Lakers he isn't coming here. Do you think he would willingly go from the starting lineup to the bench for less money?

he came off the bench all year for the Lakers

Why would we want Odom? He only plays up to his potential 32 out of the 82 games of the season. Plus I think the league should have a CHANGED FRANCHISED POLICY between Celtics & Lakers. Meaning that NO player can go directly to the enemy in the offseason without having play at least a half a season for another ballclub first. I dont want to sleep with the enemy!

my sense just watching the interview was that Spears was giving his own feelings about wanting Odom.

good news from where I'm sitting is that he didn't have any "Sheed is not coming here" info.

I'd love Antonio Daniels (perfect backup for the Celtics especially next to House) is he a free agent this summer?

fine with me, although somewhat unnecessary.  Brian Shaw and Fox defected, but they never showed enough to generate much loyalty.  Then there was Mihm.

Odom for his part has been in the top five for "the biggest punk & cheap shot artist" we have played against that I can remember.  From his form-tackle of Ray Allen to spiking the ball off of P.J. Brown's head in the finals, I would roll out the Green Carpet for Ron Artest before welcoming Odom to the team.

Go Danny!  Go Celts!
"You're skating on pretty thin ice around here, McGee!"
"Sounds like the ice's problem."

GO CELTS!

Marbury ought to pay the Celtics for the privilege of playing here.  He shouldn't cost the franchise a dime, particularly after last year's abysmal performance.

How much does Rondo owe them for losing game 7?
How about the series?
True Celtic = Leon Powe

Bring back the show!!!!

just for the record, Fox and Shaw were shown the door by the C's.  They didn't 'defect'.  Fox didn't want to leave and his dismissal by the C's was foolish.  The guy wasn't much of a shooter but he played terrific defense.  Would have been a good vet to keep around for Antoine to learn from.
