Marc Spears was just on NE Sports Tonight talking a little about the "list"...some names he mentioned were Sheed, Lamar Odom, Zaza Pachulia, Antonio Daniels, Jamario Moon, Grant Hill.  Also said he doesn't see Jason Kidd coming here fwiw.

Hahaha. TP. I like the triple dips bit. Seriously enough with the CLE rumors.... they can only sign one guy... and then LeCrab leaves in a year anyway.

I dont think Sheed AND Moon is a possibilty. Miami would match a low offer to Moon for sure.

If Sheed takes the MLE, then the C's target Hill, Parker, etc with the LLE.

Everyone talks about guys going to Cleveland to play with Lebron.


I don't see it this year.  


Everyone think Lebron is going to leave for NY.

Shaq will be done after this season.


As will big Z.


So, after next season, it will be this MLE player, Mo Williams, West, Gibson and Sideshow.  Lotto.  


Meanwhile, they could go to Orl or SA and play tax free on teams that are not going to loss their best players.  Or they could go play for Boston who have stars signed for a couple of years.

I agree, except I believe side show bob will not be back.

That being said there are only so many teams willing to spend the full MLE and a decent amount of players that deserve it. I bet us, the Spurs, Cavs, Magic, Lakers all use the MLE and get good players to play in that spot.

I am all for a push at either sheed or artest...Put why is there no mention of Odom around here? I guess he wont be playing for MLE money? He would be a perfect 6th man who can guard almost 3 different positions. Id love to see him off our bench but maybe thats just me...Im just not sure what his asking price would be...After just winning a ring maybe it wouldnt be so high? Just a thought.

Odom and Ariza REALLY want to stay in LA. If the money is equal there is no way they will leave. I expect Odom to get more than the MLE, and Ariza to be right at it.

I thought he said Artest is going to stay?

He said he thought artest might stay, but if he goes he would go to CLEV.

I think Chris is a smart guy, he just used CLEV as the destination for every FA during the rapid fire segment, which was kinda funny :D.
