I'd like to see DA buy the pick from New Orleans, and then use it to draft Omri Cassipiri.  The look on Paul Allen's face when that happens would be priceless, and second only to the look he will give when Danny tells him he can have Omri if he wants him, so long as he sends the Cs Outlaw in exchange for Scal.
;D

Yeah I don't see Portland making any more moves with us after the Darius Miles business. I think Portland is happy with Brandon Roy and will not be dealing with the C's for awhile.
If the right deal was there they would do it. I don't think Portland was mad at Danny for that, we cut him before the regular season after all.

Well yeah, if Pritchard thought he could fleece Danny again sure. Those preseason games counted in putting Miles back on Portland's cap fwiw.

I know they did but I don't think he'd hold a grudge over something that was going to happen no matter what. Other teams were going to and did give him a shot to come back.

Wasn't there a rumor that the Trailblazers were trying to shed cash by getting rid of Kopponen, Sergio Rodriguez and/or the draft pick?
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz

Well Portland started sending threatening letters out to NBA teams trying to dissuade them from signing Miles. They weren't acting very rationale and I believe Stern either fined or warned them. Pritchard might be fine dealing with the C's, but Paul Allen might not be.  And he's the boss.

Fine, then no Omri Cassipri for them!
