His ego doesn't match his game. But its good to have an ego, play with an edge. He needs to bring that same game face against CP3, D. Will, Parker for 82 games. Rondo takes too many nights off, especially if his jumper isn't falling.

Agreed, and when it starts leading you to not listening to the coach and showing up to games 30 minutes before tip-off, it has become a problem.
