Anthony Morrow is just a money shooter and scorer Oh my Goodness i am just watching some highlights on him and he is going to be a very good 2 for years to come. I mean 46% from Downtown and 47% from inside the three i mean this he could be a very good scorer in this league and imagine him coming off to replace Ray Ray! Ray would teach him to get to the rim with a little more ease and be able to get open easier off screens! Please Celts go get this kid he could be the scorer we need to come off the bench!

It would probably take a future first round pick to get him. Is that worth it?

Well, it may be actually.  You need to figure where out first round pick will be which is basically in the 26-30 range.  Those picks are crapshoots anyways.  Though I do think the C's could do better by signing a guy like Grant Hill.
do it

Yeah, I'd do a future first rounder for Anthony Morrow.  Thing is, though, he really can just shoot very well and as far as I know that's it.

He did have that 37 point game in his first game as a undrafted rookie though.

I doubt that Golden State is inclined to move Morrow. But your thread gives me an excuse to post this entertaining Contra-Costa Times piece:

Quote
The Warriors’ second-year Anthonys, Morrow and Randolph, have been working out together like crazy at the Warriors practice facility. Morrow has the staff gushing over his work ethic and development. His shooting ability still has members of the organization shaking their heads in disbelief.

Today, he was playing some form of horse with assistant coach Russell Turner. Morrow was shooting with his left hand, banking 17-footers with ease.

“I shoot better with my left than you,” Morrow shouted across the gym to Randolph, who is left-handed. He later challenged Randolph to a shooting competition. “I’ll shoot with my left hand and you shoot with your left hand.”

During shooting drills, Morrow made 98 of 114 from 3-point range. That’s 86 percent.

Well he shot well this year, but who knows if it was a fluke or not.  I think his percentages will come down a bit.

Like I said, he's a great shooter.  But you need to be more than just a great shooter to be more than a role player.
