i'm going with Kevin Durant becuase of his size and youth. But if Melo continues in the playoffs and shows that all he was missing was a real PG... I might change my mind.

I agreed on Durant, but I think OKC would be foolish to let him go, I'd lock him up for 7 years

Kevin Durant just needs to bulk up a bit and learn how to play defense more. Get his all around game better then he will be up there with LeBron and Kobe in 2-3 years.

  • You ain't the boss of the freakin' bedclothes.
meh.

I really doubt a guy like Oden or Durant are even on our radar then..I'd say its more likely a guy like Gerald Wallace or younger guys like Thad Young or Kevin Martin (assuming either warms out their welcomes or doesn't have a role comparable to their talent)

Durant. OKC may want him but maybe he doesn't want OKC.

in 2011/2012 the celtics will probably have rondo, perk, powe, and maybe davis.

no real shooter in the group.

durant has real talent, but i am not sure he will want to come to the celtics if they are rebuilding. heck, if he wants to play on a crappy team he can stay with oklahoma.

ainge needs to add 1-2 big name players before this point (i.e. replace the big 3 one at a time, starting with allen) if he wants people such as durant to come here.

A team that has won 2 championships in the past 5 years :), and a bench of Hall of famers. Along with a dominant Defensive Center, and an All-star PG...

what else do you want?

  • Rondo = Good
We'd have quite the future with Durant, Rondo, Perk, Davis

I'd rather Durant, Rondo/Marbury, Perk, Powe but that'd never happen.  :( Rondo still needs to work out some "kinks" in his game, but his offense is getting better year by year...it's the inconsistency which kills me on his part.
True Celtic = Leon Powe
