It doesn't matter. Either Kobe chokes or Kobe doesn't choke. If the first, both teams can and will beat LA. If the second, none will.
I think Gasol would also have to be considered. He's been just as important as Kobe for the Lakers this season. He's even more important with Bynum and Odom both playing like garbage.

Gasol will show up. Of course, he can't be productive if he's only getting 8 shots per game. But that's Kobe responsibility, he's the leading guard in the triangle.
