Cavs are definetly beatable.  Tonight against Detroit they went up early 12-2 after 5 minutes.  The next 43 minutes of the game they outscored the Pistons 82-80.  Please people have to stop overreacting and acting like they are the greatest team ever and stop being in awe of them.  Just go out and beat them.

Don't forget folks, as we struggled in the first two rounds last year and looked so beatable, the mightly Fakers were declared unstoppable until we stomped a mud hold in them in the Finals.

Cavs are now the ones declared unstoppable.  Believe me...if we struggle and meet them in the ECF anyway, who knows.  If they do get to the Finals (and I mean a huge IF), don't think the Fakers won't be there to take a huge urination on their parade.

Varejao is the worst...he acted like a little 2 year old when Amir Johnson shoved him.  He came running in when LeBron got fouled hard (he was right to come back up his teammate, though).  But then he started jawing at Johnson, and as soon as Johnson shoved him, he put up both hands in the air and backpedaled with this stupid grin on his face, acting like Mr. Innocent.

He is like the kid in elementary school who tries to get the other kids in class in trouble by goading them into doing something then acting like they had nothing to do with it.  What a clown.

I'm going to defend the honor of "good Cavs fans" here. I live in Ohio and attend college at Ohio University so I'm right in the middle of this whole Cavs hoopla, and trust me it sucks. But most of the fans are reasonable although there are a few that just have no idea what a basketball is but walk around with a Lebron jersey on talking about how great he is. It's completely unexpected the respect I get wearing a Celtics jersey or shirt around campus. I think if you have a problem with Cavs fans you should realize that the negative minority will always stand out the most, but not all Cavs fans are **** bags.

I have nothing against their fans. In fact I'm happy for the state of Ohio because they really haven't had much to cheer about over the last few years (at least in professional sports). I just don't like the team in general. Verajo just annoys the cr*p out of me, Mo Williams has proved nothing and thinks he's the ****, and Lebron is just so good that you just have to hate him because he's not on our team... I think there are reasonable fans wherever you go in every sport, and sadly there are also those who show how little class some people can have.

And although I haven't experienced it first hand like you have, I figured that a lot of the "Cavs" fans in Ohio don't really know squat about basketball. There team has been dormant for so long, most of them probably are bandwagoners, much like there are a ton of celtic bandwagoners after last seasons sudden success.

While I agree that we have bandwagon fans as well. Our scenario last year WASN'T REMONTELY close to the situation in Cleveland. Most are just straight up bandwagonners, while for us we had long time fans stop watching because of the sucktitude of the team, come back again.

I'm not going to disagree with you there... But the true fans are the ones who stuck it out through good times and bad. I'm proud to call myself one of those fans.

You failed to mention that the Cavs bench is the group that surrendered a 29 point 4th quarter lead. So your "point" isn't the best when actually examined in context.

I definitely hate the Cavs, and especially Mike Brown and Varejeo, but I also respect them as a team.  But one thing that doesn't bother me, that seems to really get under people's skin, is what they do during pre-games at home.  To me, that's just the guys having fun.  Same with that commercial.  And I'm not gonna go into a whole "Cavs fans" thing, because it's just like any other city.  Most are passionate and respectful, but the loudest are the few arrogant and obnoxious ones.

As much as I hate to say it, they probably have the best chance at beating the Lakers in the finals since we're so banged up, and if it comes to a Cavs-Lakers series, that's what I want to happen.  I don't want to ever see Phil Jackson pass Red Auerbach, and I don't want to see the Lakers get another title.

I don't hate any fan of any team as long as they are knowledgable about their team.  I was in Indiana for work on Wednesday night and was wacthing the Cavs game with a guy from Detroit.  I tried talking basketball with him but he said he wasn't a Pistons fan, he actually liked hockey.  That was fine by me.  I talked to him about hockey and never brought up the Cavs since he wasn't a Pistons fan.

Of course, right when the Pistons made their run against the Cavs bench he tried trash talking me about the fact that the Cavs were going to lose.  When the Cavs brought their starters back in and made their run I trash talked back.  His response, "I don't care, I'm a Red Wings fan."  That is the fan I hate.  The bandwagon hopping, trash talking fool who doesn't know thing about his supposed 'team' outside of their one start player and what he sees on ESPN.

I hate most Cavs fans b/c they aren't fans.  I live in the heart of football country (Canton, Oh) and all I hear about right now is the Cavs and how great they are.  But 99% of these front runners couldn't tell you 1 player on the Cavs between Mark Price and King Crab...

These people need to stick to what they know and watch some high school football...

Or one with too much time on your hands. If you know the team is bad from the gm down and they are not getting the team built into a competative mode, why waste your time watching poor basketball. Its one thing if they are good and have at least an outside chance, but its another when they just suck. It's really kind of annoying how some here think they are the greatest fans of all time because they watched every game for the last 15 years. I became a fan in 91 and followed this team ever since then, but in no way would I have payed for the nba ticket to watch them 3-5 years ago when they were not competitive. Basketball is too long of a season to endure watching failure after failure.
Back to wanting Joe fired.

The worst team in the NBA is the 30th best basketball team in the world. Are you really so picky that you can only watch basketball when played by a top-10 team in the world or something?

Are you sure it's the quality of the basketball that bothers you or just the fact that the team you root for is losing more than winning and you don't like to root for losing teams?

This season I've watched a lot of games from the Pacers, Bucks and Wolves. None of them are good teams (especially after injuries), I'm not a fan of any of those teams, but from a basketball perspective there was some very interesting stuff.
