It's OK to be disappointed, but it is a best of seven series.  Granted I missed most of the game but I can't believe the sky isn't falling on us.  Let's just hope and pray our guys start bringing it and get ourselves ready to cheer them on in Game 2.

Absolutely, completely and utterly destroyed by Derrick rose, Joakim Noah and Tyrus thomas....thats a joke, pierce choked at the line, ray allen choked period and rondo cant stop rose but was really the only one who played well

we can beat them, how many nights will Ray Allen be 1-12. Tonight we should have put in TA or House at the 2. PP will come out with a vengeance in game 2.

i could punch someone in the face. RAY TAKES THE SHOT?!?!

I hope it's Ray Allen's face. ;)
**** man. take it easy.

nah. this is a real playoff game, not a disney movie... thats not the shot you want at all.

Yeah but what more do you want them/him to do? 2.6 left on the clock and he was the only one to come to the ball which RR had trouble inbounding. Could have passed but we wouldn't have hit the shot in time and no-one was open enough.

If anything blame Doc for drawing up a (rare) bad play

Blaming this loss on one person is crap. I told you guys before the series that without superlative defense the off-season is coming, and soon.

So how does Rose get 36? How does Tyrus Freaking Thomas go off?

We aren't good enough defensively to overcome the loss of Garnett, apparently. Get used to it. It's a team loss.

Sadly, I agree with you 100 percent. How can the defending champion come out flat in its first playoff game. Inexcusable. No movement or passing on offense and then at the end of the game we went back to two yeara ago -- give the ball to Pierce and hope he makes a shot or gets fouled. Disgusted at the lack of emotion today. No excuse. Noah had 17 rebounds.

Man it's not a joke.  The Bulls post-trade were better than the Celtics post-KG.   It's going to take a heck of a lot if we are going to beat that team.

the lack of intensityin the first half told me all I need about this team. They coasted through the season adn think they can coast through the first round. I dont care if they win this series, they are mentaly over confident and think they dont have to bring it every play like last year. I'm ashamed and embarassed of them. I dont care how good the bulls have been playing, you dont lose to a seventh seed. I was hoping that I would see energy and swariminmg d, but what I saw was rondo playing well and the rest standing and playing like crap in the first half.
Still don't believe in Joe.

We can't afford to have a slumping Ray Allen in the first few rounds of the playoffs like last year. This game is case in point.

Oh, and we have to play defense too.

Right there need to wake up and focus on what just happened. If they don't win the next four games after such a embarrassing loss then Celtics have a tough road ahead of them.

Don't blame Ray Allen he just had a bad shooting night he will bounce back. Putting it all on him is insanity, the whole team just wasn't there tonight.

Just a very bitter loss. There is no other way to sugarcoat this.

i'm saying Ray shouldn't have even been on the floor.
