I'm proud.  Just proud.

What I loved the most though (besides our championship caliber guts) is that off of two bogus blocking calls, Red made sure from above that Parker got zero points.

Red says, "Take that, NBA Officials Union!"   ;)

Low scoring ugly C's WIN with low T.O.'s bodes well looking forward. Very nice to see the further development and obvious improvement in the meaningful contributions from the bench...
"Indefatigable on Defense, defines these Celtics"

For those that didn't see it, KG did look 100% healthy.  He was rusty with his offense, of course, in the first half, but seemed to actually find his shot in the 2nd.  On defense, the difference was sooooo obvious.  He and BBD make a huge difference.

Mikki played solid off of the bench, too.  Things are looking up.  Go knock on some wood everyone.  :)

Last three games...

L 121-127
W 112-108
W 80-77

Look what happens to our defense when you plug KG in.  ;D ;D

BE SCARED NBA, BE VERY SCARED! The Celtics of old are back.

Ridiculous, inept officiating in the last two minutes gave SA every chance in the world to win the game.

And they couldn't take it.

The Tony Parker Bailout Plan comes up a little short.

And David Stern's Screw the Celtics Stimulus plan was rebuffed by the Leprecahns I shipped down I-35 on the Greyhound Bus that made it to the Game to give Tony Parker the Negative Superfecta on those bogus blocking fouls that were both textbook charges. And the Q-Patrol claims a Sweep on the I-35 corridor with wins @Oklahoma City, Minnesota, Dallas and San Antonio. Not on my highway David Stern!

Nice to beat an elite team on their court.

A little payback from the last game against SA!
Celtics fan for life.

We missed a ton of good looks in the first quarter. I'm glad we kept playing good defense and took care of the ball. Great win. It was awesome to see KG back, looking good.

This was a play off caliber game and it shows that when it really matters we play tough basketball and we compete. This is a different team having KG back, mostly in the defensive end. I won't be surprise if this is not the last time we face the Spurs this season, the Spurs can upset the Fakers in a 7 game series if healthy!! The #18 banner is closer!!

What is Rondo trying to prove? That Parker shouldn't have called him over-rated? If he keeps playing like this, he'll prove him right.

this was one of the weirder comments of the night
rondo was a whopping +17 in the game, nooone else even remotely near him in that aspect, proving what people already think, the celtics are 10x better with rondo in the game...sure he missed alot of shots, (who didnt, pierce was 3-16) but he was ultra aggressive, which usually means a win for the celtics. think game 6 of the finals where rondo attempted more shots then anyone in the game
When you got it going, you got it going. I just keep my focus down the stretch. That's when I want the ball. I'm just not afraid to fail."-PaulPierce

Another example, actually, of why the plus-minus chart is overused.

There's no question that Parker had the best of the matchup last night. He's the best point in the game, along with Paul, and Rajon couldn't guard him.

Rondo's game is progressing nicely, but he's not at Tony Parker's level.

Yet.
