Here are my early guesses:
Cleveland
Wally -- Around the LLE. Maybe more if they wish to be nice and also have an expiring contract worth dealing around the trade deadline, in that case maybe he can get up near $4mil. But I think they'll try to hold him down around $2mil.
Varejao -- Around $7mil per annum
Joe Smith -- Minimum contract to LLE type contract
Detroit
Rasheed Wallace -- MLE contract for 2-3 years. Hard to say if he'll stay in Detroit, Joe D has been very supportive of him in the past so maybe.
Allen Iverson -- MLE. There will be teams willing to offer more in a sign and trade scenario, but I think Joe D will likely seek more than those teams are willing to give up, and force AI back to the MLE ... but maybe Iverson gets lucky and somebody parts with significant talent and gets Joe's attention.
Jason Maxiell signed an extension last summer. I think it was $20mil over four years.
Antonio McDyess -- He'll wait and see what Joe does with the free agency money. If Joe does well, then McDyess will sign and the contract could be anything between the minimum and $5mil per annum. If Joe fails to convince Dice that Detroit is a contender, I think McDyess will take a 1 or 2 year MLE somewhere else.
Los Angeles Lakers
Trevor Ariza -- Signs for the MLE, likely with LA.
Lamar Odom -- Signs a contract worth $7.5-8.5mil per annum, on a 3-4 year deal, with the Lakers. Odom's situation could change greatly based on Bynum's return, and on how well Bynum plays in the playoffs. He could either make, or lose, a lot of money in a very short period.
Orlando
Hedo Turkoglu -- $10-11mil per annum
San Antonio
Drew Gooden -- Too early to say. If he's successful he will get the MLE from them. If not, he'll likely get the MLE elsewhere.
